Food is usually pretty good, price has risen rediclous amoumt that you may as well goto a decent restaurant. Service is hit and miss. Some of the workers are really good and get correct order while others tend to get it incorrect no matter how many times you tell them. Dome times you get warm fresh food while other times it's old, cold over salted to what i assume is to over compensate. Odd time you get condiment on burgers you asked not to have.

I ordered wrong dessert by mistake. They delivered the right food as per order, while we didn’t liked that one. The staff made free substitution upon request. We ordered smarties Mcflurry, they replaced them with oreo mcflurry upon request. Amazing customer support and service.

This McDonald’s in Brandon is one of our favourites when we travel through the area from Alberta. The service was very quick. Food was hot. Coffee was great. I enjoy coming to this location.

Food was great, it was nice and cool inside (outside was 30°) very clean and great service. Only thing is you have to pay for extra sauce. Which to me is silly I just spend how much of the food you can't give me the requested sauce for my fries for free?

The two Mary Anns helped me with my order. The coffee was fast and freshly brewed, and the Boston cream tasted freshly prepared too.

This McDonalds has a few good things going for it. The area is frequently clean, I have had multiple managers check in during my meal, and the bathrooms are good! There are far worse places I've been in so full credit to them there. Having said that, be very acutely aware of how some upgrades vastly change depending on the food. I was shocked to discover how some meals have an upgrade to another level of fries in a combo (Upgrading the same meal to large fries) as under a dollar one week to 1.80 the next week. An upgrade of nearly a dollar for the same large fries during the same deal is somewhat dishonest, especially when you can get that same cost for the upgrade in other meals. Most staff have been great.

Cozy McDonald's, always pretty quick to give out an order. Often there is no place to sit as there are a lot of people. Kids always like it))) I recommend!

I and my husband always take the beautiful Sunday morning in this location, where Vietnamese community gather every Sunday morning. We love the atmosphere here and the service always really good. The servers always smile and best service comparing with other brand of MC Donal. We will come back.
